Bryan - Your project seems very interesting. I never tried this stuff before and wonder how the web would look like if we really comply all standard. I'm looking forward to learning more from you.
Bryan - It's me again, I'm not sure you came across this firefox add-on, a css control. Basically, you can disable the css on the page and see how content work! You can even pick up different types of style to disable (inline or linked). I think it'll be handy for both of us.
